Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders are processed and dispatched from our Sydney, NSW warehouse.

Orders placed before 12:00 PM AEST on business days will generally be dispatched within 3 days.

During peak promotional periods or holidays, please allow an additional 1-2 business days for processing.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We deliver Australia-wide using trusted local courier networks to ensure your items arrive safely.

Standard Shipping (2 - 6 Business Days)

Express Shipping (1 - 3 Business Days)

Shipping cost will be advised at checkout.

Please note: Deliveries to WA, NT, and regional areas may experience slightly longer transit times.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order leaves our Sydney warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a live tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the courier's system to update with the initial scan.

The Protective Packaging Promise

Picture frames are fragile by nature, which is why we over-engineer our packaging. Every Maison Red 30x40cm frame is secured in sturdy packaging to keep it safe during transit.

Damages in Transit

Despite our protective packaging, we recognize that rough handling during freight can sometimes occur. If your frame arrives with damaged wood, shattered materials, or any structural issues:

Email our support team at contact@maisonredshop.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photos of both the damaged product and the exterior packaging.

Return the frame to the addressed advised by the support team. The shipping cost will be reimbursed within 48 hours.

We will expedite a replacement frame to you immediately.

International Shipping

Currently, Maison Red is optimized for domestic delivery within Australia. We are working on expanding our logistics network to offer safe and affordable international shipping soon.
